Today we bring you a new subject in the blog of 6th year primary:
Two weeks ago the boys and girls of 6th were doing our first “oral expression” (presentation) in English class. We were trying to compare ourselves with other people. Many children used their relatives, siblings, cousins, parents, whilst others used their friends or acquaintances.
Two weeks ago the boys and girls of 6th were doing our first “oral expression” (presentation) in English class. We were trying to compare ourselves with other people. Many children used their relatives, siblings, cousins, parents, whilst others used their friends or acquaintances.
The aim of the project was to use the comparative and the superlative in sentences. This was what we were working on and we also had to give a physical description of both ourselves and the person we were working on our presentation. At the end, we put pictures of ourselves and the person we were comparing with on our presentation and recited it in front of the class. We completed the activity in two groups because there was no time in just one session.
It was really fun!
