Quique Sánchez Flores,
the RCD Español’s coach, is an ex student of Pare Manyanet Les Corts School.
He was born in Madrid
in 1965 because his father was a Real Madrid player. When he was very young,
all the family came to Barcelona because his father became a Sabadell player.
He started playing football with his brother in the terrace they had at home. Later
he became a professional footballer and played in the teams of Valencia, Real
Madrid and Saragossa. Quique can understand Catalan but he is very shy and doesn’t
speak it although his mum is from Catalonia.
